Our story

SCI LA Tourealestate was founded to give private and institutional investors direct, professionally managed access to French real estate. Over more than fifteen years, we have built a platform capable of sourcing, underwriting, renovating and managing complex assets across Paris, Lyon, the Riviera, Bordeaux and Provence.

Our founders come from investment banking, private real estate and construction. That combination shapes how we operate: institutional rigor at underwriting, patient capital allocation, and a construction-native approach to renovation and delivery.

How we invest

We invest with a five to ten year horizon. We favour assets with clear demand drivers, defensible entry prices and identifiable levers to create value — whether through renovation, repositioning, or operational improvement. We do not chase yield in thin markets or take on binary risk we cannot underwrite.

Every partner works with a senior member of the team from the first conversation through to the final disposition. Investment memos, quarterly reporting and post-mortem reviews are delivered to the same institutional standard whether the ticket is one million or fifty million euros.
